At this time, all products contain gluten and are not gluten-free.
How should I store my sourdough?
Sourdough is best enjoyed fresh. Store at room temperature in a bread bag or wrapped in a towel for 2–3 days, or slice and freeze for longer storage.
What makes your sourdough different?
Every loaf at Sourdough Lane is made in small batches using a slow, four-day fermentation process and simple, quality ingredients. This extended fermentation helps break down the dough naturally, creating a deeper flavor and a loaf that many find easier to digest. Each loaf is shaped and baked by hand — never rushed, always intentional.
What are the baking instructions for the cinnamon rolls?
Bake at 375 degrees uncovered on the middle rack for 35–40 minutes depending on your oven, or until tops are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Ice while hot.
How should the cinnamon rolls be stored?
Refrigerate if baking within 24 hours or freeze for up to three months, then thaw overnight in the fridge prior to baking. After baking, store covered on the counter for up to one week.
