Hi! I’m Jordan — and I’m so glad you’re here.
What began as a simple love for baking has grown into Sourdough Lane — a small-batch bakery dedicated to thoughtfully crafted, slow-fermented sourdough.
Over the past year, I’ve had the joy of sharing thousands of loaves with this incredible community, and what started in my kitchen has become something truly special.
Each loaf is made by hand using simple, quality ingredients and a patient fermentation process because the best bread is never rushed.
